Water Polo Strong Strength and Conditioning Program’s mission is to create disciplined, hardworking, and mentally tough athletes who are ready to compete, at the minimum NCAA Division 1 level of Collegiate Water Polo, but also the professional and Olympic levels. Through this mission, our goals are to reduce the rate and risk of injury, educate, improve athleticism, and cultivate mental toughness.
 
 

Our Off Season Program Includes

Our program teaches athletes how to take care of their bodies improving their longevity and success in the sport.

Our Program uses state of the art Testing Techniques to help drive our practices.

We are able to test the athletes metabolism for nutritional and conditioning recommendations.
